SPECIALISING IN COUPLE THERAPY
A relationship often can look calm on the surface, but underneath we can be paddling like mad to stay afloat. Whether old or new, relationships can sometimes be in trouble; you can feel unhappy and unheard.
Make no mistake, being part of a couple can be hard work.
Sometimes we need to get help: an MOT for your relationship.
I will be there for you — by video, on the phone, or face-to-face in my cabin.
I have been a relationship counsellor for over 20 years. People come for all kinds of reasons; you don’t have to wait for a crisis.
I will give you the opportunity to talk to me, to each other – a space in which to be heard.
It’s a matter of talking.

Our first session together will be to gather some info about you/both, then as an experienced counsellor I will be able to get the ball rolling; we can talk about what has brought you here at this time. In turn, you can ask me questions - it’s important that you feel I am the right therapist for you.
I am here to be useful to you - not to tell you what to do, or to ‘save you’.
It’s never a question of taking sides or being judgemental. I firmly believe couple counselling is pretty unique - as are you!
You may attend alone or as a couple - (and often a bit of both). Occasionally couple therapy is not the right place for you at this time and we can discuss that should it arise.

My charges are £45 per session for a couple or individual.
Session last approx. 50 minutes.
